Ibm technician is to be down at my house today, after 4pm, to change my laptop motherboard for me. i rushed home as soon as my lecture finished jus now. After falling asleep on the sofa while waiting for the man to come.. i woke up ard 6plus. realising tt the technician is not down YET! so i called, talked to the operator, she cant connect to the technician side so i was asked to wait for a call back. so i waited n waited till i fall asleep again! (i'm a light sleeper so i would knw if they did call me back anot..) so. apparently, no one bothers to give me an ans arr. SO, i called again the hotline again. this time round, more of a pissed off tone n attitude! and tis time round, i got through the line wif the technician. and he can tell me that i FORGOT to call me larr. alamaks. so. he din haf the stock of motherboard today.. cant repair for me. haiis. stock will come in onli tml, but what time?? he also dunno! i asked if after changing the mother board i can use my laptop ler, he told me most likely~ haiis. still haf to wait. he said he will call me back, i wonder if he'll forget bout it again. SO irresponsible de. hmmpph.
