the aftermath of migraine..
i'm moodless most of the time and short tempered.

was told of something that i dont think i need to know. furthermore its not even direct from the first party mouth. meaning, A tells B and B went to tell C. so yar, i think i'm the C perhaps D E or F? anyway. it just left me in this pool of thoughts for the whole day.

projects are a major part of poly life.
we live with projects throughout the term, the semester. even now, my last acad semester in poly, we are under piles and piles of reports to handle. datelines close to each other. my class try to do different proj with different most of the time. and to meet up with different pple, at different time, having different responsibility... that somehow trained us to more proper time management and to set the priorties right.

dont you think so?

Inevitably, in a group project, there are bound to be pple you can work with and pple you cant, there will be pple doing more than another. even best friends dont make group team mates at times. of cos, many would love to work with someone who is very capable and responsible who normally will clinch good grades for the proj. there are usually the pple who have a lot of initiatives in them, leadership and take pride in their work. They put in alot of effort.

On the opposite end, pple you might have worked with before, are very laid back with no initiatives at all. they just simply wait for instructions, job allocation and took the longest time to get their part back for compile-purpose. Sometimes, they go missing during meet-ups too. If you are the first type that i have mentioned early, you should probably be chasing after this person for his work most of the time. and when you finally got the part of the work, you realised there's so much of either irrelavance or 'copy n paste' stuff that there's a need for edit.

in betweens are much better project mates you can have. at least you need not worry about them getting out of points and have to edit a lot. After the job has been splited up, they could either be those who did their part with relevant content and quality and once completed they are always ready to help others out OR once completed their part, they are done with it cos they know that there would be someone else to depend on.

All would have the similar goal in mind. which is to get the project completed. what makes the difference would be the quality you are producing in the work.

so what type of project mate are you?
are u the same type in all the projects.

compromise and accomodate.
no matter how equally you splitted the workload up, it will still never be fair. just put in whatever efforts that you think you should cos you'll never be on the losing end.
